“McConnell Was an amazing instructor. Very informational, real and lively. He engaged the class often and was anything but robotic and reading off a script in his methods. Ive already recommended at least 3 people I know personally that are wanting to get their CPLs to close quarters, as whole because of the facility and the staff, but for the utmost respect of Instrucor Trapp!”
