The Legal Use of Force - Virtual Edition

This course gives Michigan residents the information and understanding of what an armed law-abiding citizen must legally be aware of and responsible for with regards to using a firearm if you're involved in a violent incident. Taught by a legal professional in the area of firearms. *Understanding what "Reasonable Force" is, and how it is determined. *Knowing What the difference is between Deadly Force & Reasonable Force, and the Use-Of-Force-Continuum *Looking at you after an incident from the eyes of a Prosecutor evaluating a potential criminal case against you. *Defense of your Home - Michigan's "Castle Doctrine" *Defense of your property This class can either be virtual or in-classroom. Once a person registers, they will receive a ZOOM link to follow 24 hours before the class begins. Refunds will only be allowed until 48 hours before the class begins.
